Chart is an equipment OEM — no plant of its own, sized to buyer spec. Its FINEX / mid-scale liquefaction is skid-mounted and high-repeat, which makes it the right answer for projects that already own a feed-gas anchor and want a known liquefaction block bolted on. For a producer-to-buyer export lane, Chart removes liquefaction risk but does not solve the inland-feed-gas / port-loading problem.
Linde Engineering operates the Port of Catoosa fabrication facility (128,000 sq ft) and offers a standardized StarLNG mini-LNG concept at 100–1,650 tpd per train. The StarLNG block is EPC-replicated — the same engineered module ships to multiple sites — which compresses months-to-commission versus bespoke mid-scale. StarLNG is the local fabrication anchor for the Catoosa scope.
